Three places I’ve never been that I’d love to visit: Scuba dive in the Galapagos islands in Ecuador. Soak up the architecture, history, arts and culture, and eats of Mexico City. Rent a travel van to tour LOTR locations in New Zealand (nerd alert).

Guilty pleasure: Chocolate. And peanut butter by the spoonfuls.

A fave outdoor spot, bar and restaurant in PDX: A hot mid-summer day in the Gorge with a chilled IPA tall boy. Cheeseburgers and pints at Bar Bar on Mississippi Street, or grabbing a slice at Pizza Thief.
