million in sales"Erica was such a crucial and special part of my home buying experience. My husband and I met with Erica last summer to figure out how to begin the process and we immediately felt comfortable with her. Erica is so patient and genuinely cares about her clients and it shows. We saw a handful of houses before putting an offer in on our dream house that needed a ton of work. Erica was so helpful and realistic about the scope of projects that needed to be done and helped us negotiate a credit to make the purchase possible. She also sat in our house for days and days during the inspection process to ensure we had all information we needed to feel comfortable. We bought our house 4 months ago but I still have Erica in my corner! She’s been an invaluable resource for additional recommendations. 11/10 would recommend Erica to anyone even considering buying a home."

The perfect morning involves: Sitting at my dining room table with a latte (made by my hunny) and a cinnamon roll (made by me).
Three places I’ve never been that I’d love to visit: I grew up on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, and would love to explore the other Hawaiian islands, along with Portugal and Morocco.
A few of my favorite reads: Women by Chloe Caldwell, Such Times by Christopher Coe, and Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer.
Describe a favorite home ritual: Most nights, my partner, our roommates, and I gather around the table for dinner (which I’ve cooked nine times out of ten and far too elaborately), and afterward we play a board game.
Pet’s name, and one word to describe them: Poppy (Lover), Roux (Omnipotent), Clover (Rascal), Fig (Sleepy), Minnow (Chunky), Frankie (Weird), Chicken (Independent), and Chips (Perfect).
Guilty pleasure: Tuna Helper from a box, preferably creamy broccoli flavor.
A fave outdoor spot, bar and restaurant in PDX: Thousand Acres is great for dogs and people alike, especially in the summertime when I swim in the park while my dogs dig in the sand. I don’t drink, but Someday offers the perfect mix of drink options for everyone, and great food for me. Finally, No Saint is the best neighborhood restaurant that pleases a crowd, isn't too busy, and has a great crunchy salad.
