The perfect morning involves: Watching the sunrise while enjoying a nice cup of coffee, listening to the chickens and horses slowly starting their day, and finishing up with meditation and yoga.
Three places I’ve never been that I’d love to visit: Kii Peninsula, Japan, to journey on the Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage; the Dolomites to soak in some incredible hiking; and Champagne, France, because... well, duh! Champagne!
A few of my favorite reads: Becoming by Michelle Obama, To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, and A Mutant Message Down Under by Marlo Morgan.
Describe a favorite home ritual: Meticulously curating a selection of fresh flowers around the house from the local market every two weeks.
Pet’s name, and one word to describe them: Benny (Benjamin if he’s naughty), “Lovable”.
Guilty pleasure: Chocolate chip cookies (mainly my friend Caro’s) are the best!
A fave outdoor spot, bar and restaurant in PDX: Washington Park, Flor Wine Shop, and Lucè for impromptu date nights.
